Description of the Automation:
The machine is provided with the microprocessor/PLC based automation along with an LCD/touch screen display, which allows the operator to
- Change and set the parameters,
- Run the cycle according to pre-selected cycles
- Monitor various phases/individual parameters during the process.
- View off/on status of various components of the machine while the cycle in the progress.

Software for controlling, monitoring, and recording various parameters is provided. This allows the machine to be operated and monitored by connecting it to any computer with the software installed, in addition to being operated directly from the machine. This software controls and regulates all the machine functions, making the system user-friendly and enabling the operator to change process parameters as needed.
